You’re tired of pretending you’re fine. On the outside, you’re keeping it together at work, with family, in your relationship but inside, it’s constant overthinking, burnout, and the weight of things you’ve never really had space to process. Maybe it’s old stuff from your past. Maybe it’s anxiety that won’t shut off. Or maybe you’ve hit a wall where life just feels off and you’re wondering, “Is this really all there is?” Whatever brought you here: you don’t have to keep doing this alone.
I help people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted by patterns they can’t explain but deeply want to change. My style is real, warm, and non-judgmental. This is a space where you can finally say the things out loud, untangle what’s going on, and build a life that actually feels like yours. You’re tired of pretending you’re fine. Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you come home to yourself with more clarity, freedom, and peace in your mind and body. If you are ready to feel different, I’m ready to help you.

Children, adolescents, adults and elderly don’t always have the words to explain what they’re going through, but their behaviors, emotions, and relationships often tell the story. I work closely with children (ages 5 to elderly), teens, and their families who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, school difficulties, and the impact of trauma or life transitions. Many families come in feeling overwhelmed, unsure how to support their child, or noticing changes in mood, behavior, or performance at school. These experiences can be stressful not just for the child, but for the entire family system.
My approach is warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate, creating a safe space where children, teens and adults feel comfortable expressing themselves whether through conversation, play, or structured activities. I utilize evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-focused care, and behavioral interventions to help young clients build emotional awareness, coping skills, and resilience. This approach helps address concerns across environments and promotes meaningful, lasting progress.
Supporting mental health is one of the most important investments a family can make. With the right guidance and tools, children, teens, adults and elderly people can learn to manage their emotions, strengthen relationships, and grow into more confident, capable versions of themselves. If you are struggling or your family needs support navigating a difficult time, you don’t have to figure it out alone. When you feel ready, I invite you to take that first step toward care, understanding, and positive change.

You’re someone who is used to being intelligent and high functioning, but lately you’ve been feeling sad, anxious, or dealing with depression. You may find yourself avoiding things, overthinking, or pushing yourself too hard, even when you’re running on empty with little time to slow down and reflect.
On the outside, you appear calm, collected, and well put together, but internally it can feel like constant overthinking, self-doubt, and difficulty fully unwinding at the end of the day.
Maybe it’s past trauma, people-pleasing patterns, or underlying fear. Either way, things feel exhausting, and you’re ready for something to change.
I help people who feel not heard, overwhelmed, sad, or angry and stuck in negative patterns. My style is non-judgmental and collaborative. This is a space where you can express yourself openly, process your thoughts and emotions, and begin to find more balance and emotional stability.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to go through it alone. Whatever you’re carrying, there’s space here to express yourself at your own pace. If you’re ready to improve your quality of life, reduce depression and anxiety, and feel more in control, I’d be glad to support you. You’re welcome to reach out when you’re ready.
